The three main technologies to be developed and tested within the nanoBT project (involving the use of nanobubbles) are:
1) Treatment of effluents disposed in tailing ponds – recovery of pure water for reuse and residual metals (Lead partner: ULAVAL)
2) Phytostabilization and phytoextraction of toxic metal spoils (Lead partner: TU-Crete)
3) Development and testing of a high capacity nanobubbler (Lead partner: FBT)
